Deals can come from commercial brokers, local relationships, direct-to-owner outreach, property managers, lenders, networking groups, and other investors. We help you develop a consistent strategy for finding and following up on opportunities.
My napkin underwriting template is a fast, preliminary review used to determine whether a property deserves deeper analysis. It helps you quickly identify obvious strengths, weaknesses, and potential deal breakers before spending hours underwriting the property.
